The five teams which constituted the Southern Division of this conference in 2007 have moved to other conferences for the 2008 season. Saint Scholastica is a new team which will be playing its first season in 2008 as a member of this conference; it has been reported to me that the team will probably use royal blue helmets yellow or gold facemasks and with a "CSS" logo on the sides.

The photograph below shows a helmet design used by Martin Luther during at least parts of the 2002, 2003, and 2004 seasons. I still need a copy of the "ML" helmet logo in order to add this one to the web site.
